The number of troubled teens is increasing day by day. It happens because of the high pressure from parents, peers, advertising and information that is thrown at them daily. Young people are shaping their personalities yet. During this period too many of them become troubled teens. They are unable to grow strong and secure to the stress and pressures of life.

 Scientists have proven that such teenagers have underdeveloped front part of the main brain. Therefore it is difficult for them to decide what is right and what is wrong. Many people think that in fact troubled teens are product of the society they live in.

Often troubled teens suffer from alcohol and drug abuse, eating disorders, failure in school, problems with law, pregnancy, and even attempted suicide.

Signs of Troubled Teen:

Your child becomes more reserved.

Your teenager has sudden outbursts of unreasonable anger.

Your child doesn’t turn home in time, and lies about his or her whereabouts.

Your teen changes his or her peer group and don’t really want to meet you with these new friends. The new group usually leads to a definite change in appearance and in attitude.

Your child steals money from your purse on regular occasions.

Your teenager has sudden changes of mood from depression to elation, and sleeps a lot more than usual.

Your teen looses interest in the usual activities.
